The Business Detective grew out of a simple frustration: friends and families’ small businesses were being sold websites and “SEO packages” they didn’t understand, couldn’t measure, and didn’t really need. We started by helping a handful of local businesses make sense of their online presence—explaining things clearly, fixing what was broken, and focusing on what actually moved the needle. Word spread, and over time that small handful became a growing network of clients across Suffolk and beyond. Today, The Business Detective supports businesses across the UK with websites, SEO, and ongoing digital support—always with the same principles we started with: honesty, clarity, and a professional service.
